Do you want to learn more about bits and bitting and get an expert assessment of your horse's bit?
Hilary Vernon, international expert and author of several books on bitting has agreed to come to us on October 26th and give a talk, followed by assessment of up to 8 horses.
For further information, www.informeddesigns.co.uk.
The talk will be in Rupert's indoor arena and will last one hour, starting at 10.00 am.
Please pay £3 on the day, bring a chair and flask if you need refreshments
Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org so that Charlotte knows how many will come. Parking is limited - more information nearer the time.
This will be followed by hourly slots for assessment of individual horses:
Fee per horse: £65, paid in advance by cheque to Offas Dyke group of Endurance GB. Send your cheque to Charlie Fleming, April House, Usk, NP15 1PT.
Times for individual assessments will be allocated when we know how many are coming. There is room for 4 trailers or lorries at Usk Castle farm. Those with early slots will probably want to leave their horses on the trailer during the talk. Others will probably prefer to bring their horses back after the talk. First come, first served. Four spaces have already gone.
